Kang Haggerty LLC’s Whistleblower Advocates practice group will be well-represented at this week’s Anti-Fraud Coalition (TAF) 24th Annual Conference taking place at the Georgetown Marriott in Washington, DC from September 24-27, 2024.
Kang Haggerty members Edward Kang, Kandis Kovalsky and associates Ross Wolfe and Sofia Calabrese will participate in the largest annual gathering of whistleblower attorneys in the nation. Kovalsky and Calabrese are both members of the TAF Coalition’s Young Lawyers Division board.
On September 26th, Kovalsky will present on “The End of Chevron Defense: How Does Loper Bright Impact Whistleblower Practice,” discussing how Loper Bright will impact the whistleblower space. She is also a panelist on a program about generating business as part of the TAF Young Lawyers Division Conference on September 24th.
The firm is once again a proud event sponsor of the conference. The Anti-Fraud Coalition (TAF Coalition) is a public interest, non-profit organization dedicated to defending and empowering whistleblowers who expose fraud on the government and the financial markets.
