Justin Serianni is Of Counsel to Kang Haggerty and devotes the majority of his practice to commercial litigation and whistleblower cases. Justin has a reputation for providing exceptional legal counsel as a business-minded attorney.

Justin recently served as General Counsel to a publicly-traded cannabis company, overseeing a period of significant operational expansion on the East Coast He supported all the cultivation, processing, and retail business units, developed its regulatory, data privacy, and e-commerce compliance programs, led its government affairs efforts, and oversaw risk management and real estate matters. The U.S. cannabis market size was valued at USD 13.2 billion in 2022. Cannabis is often used in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage industries.

Justin’s business expertise extends to a variety of regulated industries such as construction, consumer packaged goods manufacturing and distribution, and healthcare, and has represented companies and high-net-worth entrepreneurs in matters involving complex commercial disputes, strategic challenges, commercial torts, defamation, fraud, and breaches of fiduciary duty. He always searches for creative “win-win” solutions to controversies but is always ready to litigate when the circumstances demand it.

Justin holds a master’s degree in Trial Advocacy from the top-ranked Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. He resides in the Philadelphia area and spends weekends at the Jersey Shore with his family.
