Seeking an ambitious and driven paralegal with a minimum of 3 years experience. This position is full-time, and your primary responsibility will be managing commercial litigation matters, as well as complex workout, real estate, and other general corporate and transactional matters.
Applicants must be able to think and work independently. Applicants should have strong communication, writing, organizational, and computer skills. Applicants should also have strong time-management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks from several partners and associates with conflicting deadlines at the same time. Must be familiar with working in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts.
Significant experience with complex electronic filing is required. This role will require assisting with voluminous discovery requests and responses, document productions, exhibits, and motion practice.
Professional manner, diligence, ability to work well with and train other junior paralegals and legal assistants, and the ability to assume responsibility are essential components of this position.
This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to be challenged with taking on additional responsibilities as needed. The position may require OT work as necessary.
