Justin recently served as General Counsel to a publicly-traded cannabis company, overseeing a period of significant operational expansion on the East Coast He supported all the cultivation, processing, and retail business units, developed its regulatory, data privacy, and e-commerce compliance programs, led its government affairs efforts, and oversaw risk management and real estate matters. The U.S. cannabis market size was valued at USD 13.2 billion in 2022. Cannabis is often used in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage industries.
