I have a varied practice ranging from complex commercial litigation to employment law and general corporate work. In the commercial litigation sphere, I have prosecuted and defended consumer rights class actions in a variety of industries from telecommunications to housing. I have also litigated partnership disputes, construction litigation, civil rights litigation, and many other different types of cases as well.
I also counsel both employees and employers on various aspects of the law. For employees, I have helped to review employment and severance agreements and routinely bring suits based on federal and state law. For employers, I have defended employment suits and also drafted employment agreements.
I have also developed a corporate practice with an emphasis on the brewing industry. However, my practice is not limited to that field as I also represent corporate clients in a number of other industries as well.
